In 2017, I received a word from the LORD and at the time was not released to share it except with a select group of people. This past week, He released me to share it publicly and after looking at it again, I see how absolutely timely it is. This pertains ONLY to the Central Appalachian region and the message has (I came to understand a few months ago) a double meaning.
At the end, there is an invitation to take action. PLEASE – DO NOT take this as a call to violence or to act out irrationally as that is not the Father’s intention. If you feel led to move into place as is stated, I ask that you reach out to me…He has asked me to lead.

War and Rumors of War: A Prophetic Word as Delivered to Stacey Louiso, August 2017.
“And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all
these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall
be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
All these are the beginning of sorrows.
Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be
hated of all nations for my name’s sake.
And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one
another.
And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness
unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel
the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his
house:
Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the
world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but
for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.
Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it
were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” (Matthew 24:6-24)
The Holy Spirit has imparted a message in my spirit, several times over several months, on the intention behind the “hate” groups holding rallies and protests in the Appalachian region of the USA (2017), and it is very concerning.
I prayed each time I received from Him, asked for confirmation in scripture and any other confirmation needed. Every time, I was led to the verses in Matthew 24 above. Several times articles would land before my eyes out of nowhere, suggesting that America is approaching an even greater time of unrest. My spirit has felt this unrest for longer than Trump has been president, much longer; telling me something is looming on the horizon.
If you know anything about the history of the Appalachian region, you know the spirit that took up residency many generations ago was one of oppression. This began with the Civil War; since, this oppressive spirit has tried over and over to destroy the people and region through poverty, raping the land and kindness of the people, to the present and raging drug epidemic.
The population of Appalachia has always been surprisingly diverse, but today that diversity is causing some political and cultural tension, however, these folks stick together! Appalachia (especially central Appalachia) is still “that” region of the United States that remains misunderstood and demonized for being “different” than the status quo. Many tag it as “Trump Country” to further demonize Appalachians in the eyes of Americans who don’t know better. This makes the region a perfect scapegoat (settling a deaf and dumb and confusion spirit over the country) for such hate groups to show up and cause issues. Places like the coal town of Harlan, KY and unknown Charlottesville, VA are suspect to begin with because people associate these towns with “hillbillies” that not many in the USA give a second thought until something happens there.
I have prayed and prayed upon the visions and messages I’ve received from the Holy Spirit about what seems to be on the horizon. Then a few weeks ago, after the protests in Charlottesville, VA the message finally seemed to come full circle: The evil doers in our country is setting Appalachians up and has been for a very long time. The government keeps allowing this region to be oppressed (instead of stepping in to defend their rights to clean water, air and untouched mountains [read: coal]) for a reason: to take the fall that is coming in the United States.
The Lord spoke a powerful word to me regarding His people currently on the ground, and those he is moving into this mission field, specifically central Appalachia (SE OH, WV, E. KY, and areas of Virginia, E. TN and W. North Carolina):
Saints, your purpose there is more significant than you realize! Those positioned in street/addiction ministry – you are doing more than just saving souls, you are helping to drive out that spirit of oppression and raise of an army! The Army of Saints who will stand up with the Lord when all hell breaks loose in this country, to salvage the Appalachian region.
Those unafraid to take up arms, stand for God’s Word/way, and fight for the forgotten. The time is coming when this army will rise up, but they will be covert. In waiting for His signal to come out from beneath the shadow of His wings, yet, continuing to do God’s will of delivering people from said oppression and protecting the land for God’s use.
The time is now for those on the ground to rise up and be steadfast warriors God has called you to be. If you are feeling led to do more to accomplish His vision, then do it…don’t hold back.
