The Potter’s Clay Cafe

Isaiah 64:8: Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.

God moving in my life. I never in a million years would have thought, upon re-committing my life to Him, 4 years ago, He could/would ever entrust ME the way he has: with His body, in love, in ministry. It is so humbling!

My life is not my own – He is the Potter and I am the clay. Isaiah 64:8 was one of the first verses of scripture that resonated deep within…Four years later he has laid His plans, perfected by fire over time, on my heart and it is with a servant’s heart I introduce you to:

The Potter’s Clay Cafe   Creative + Christian + Community

The Potter’s Clay Café – Arts Ministry: Ministry for creative Christians (and seekers) to come together in fellowship and in worship; to offer creative Biblical insight, prayer and support through their work, projects and daily walk.

Why?
There are many “arts” based ministries which promote the arts but what about much-needed support of the artist? Potter’s Clay Cafe purposes to provide such.

Where?

In a home, in a cafe…at the beach or a park. In a church or a hull…the location may vary, the mission stays the same. We can even Hangout on the internet!

God knows no boundaries…

In prayer: Thank you, Abba Father for entrusting us all with your gifts and vision; showering us with beautiful images, words, voices and acts, in order to serve your purpose, our mighty God. We are so grateful for your Son who has saved us from the miry clay and to whom we set our eyes and hearts, to learn how to please you.  In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.

In Service to Him,

Stacey

(*seeking*: our definition is a person who is feeling the pull of God but has yet to accept Jesus as their savior, or who was there in the past and trying to reconnect. For God seeks us, not the other way around.)
