Why Isn’t Sound Doctrine Enough? Part 2

And then many will fall away and will betray one another and hate one other. Many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. Because lawlessness will multiply, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. This Good News of the kingdom shall be proclaimed in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.” (Matthew 24:10-13 TLV)

My children…where do I begin? You have been given My word, in text and flesh, yet you still seek more. Why isn’t sound doctrine enough? Why do you not trust that My hand was upon those who bound it together; that my Spirit was working through them – leading their discernment in carefully crafting a way for you to see, hear, and learn? Why do you lust after more than you need? Like the exiles in the wilderness, for whom my manna was insufficient, you look backward to Egypt where deception and greed abound in your hearts despite being a slave to the throes of man. Therefore, you remain a slave!

Why then, do you seek the doctrines of men? Do you not realize they are snares in the sand, chains that provoke you to dig holes to nowhere?
The place you need to be digging holes are the deepest crevices of your hearts and souls, to unearth what hangs you up from allowing me to heal, sanctify, and move you into the purpose I for which I formed you within the womb. This is not a new word, it’s not the first time it has flowed through this vessel or vessels of old, yet one I have repeated until I gnash my teeth and spit fire from heaven for your obstinance. Why do you insist on provoking me to tears?

Receive the voice from the wilderness

Why is it you cannot receive warnings from those who hear my voice and obey? In whom I have instilled deep wells of discernment for such a time as this.

The purpose of My bringing you into the fold was not for you to focus on things that do not matter because you cannot know all things, nor come close, in this day and time in space. How is it, if you ever loved my Son – Yeshua your Savior – that you have forgotten what is important?

~ Did He walk around Israel disputing the calendar? (No.)
~ Did He discuss the alternate calendars? (No.)
~ Did He discuss any type of circumcision other than that of the heart? (N0.)
~ Did He water down his warnings to those who wanted to follow Him, about what life would be like if they chose to pick up their cross and walk along? (No.)

What then did He do?

~ He healed the sick.
~ He fed the multitudes.
~ He performed miracles so people would see he was The Messiah spoken of in their temple scrolls.
~ He got messy and loved on messes.
~ He empowered those who believed in Him to do better and greater things in and through His name and Spirit, to bring the multitude into faith in Him – so they too could be saved by His amazing grace (see part 3).
~ He preached the good news – explaining that if people turned from their wickedness and sinful ways, and Believed, they would be made whole; they would die but gain! They would inherit the Kingdom of Heaven.
~ He became the Passover lamb so those who believed could be atoned of their sin and join a kingdom of priests. This, is so all things are restored unto HIM at the end (people, the earth, the things of the earth).

If you truly pay attention to the blatant nuances of The Word, you should see what is more important to YHVH: that you love Him above all else, love others, and walk toward righteousness; not: follow the correct calendar, know that the earth is flat or round, water down the “easter” message to be “seeker friendly” as not to turn people off, yet, Yeshua (Jesus) was pretty picky about those following him.

He wants and expects our hearts (emotions) and minds (thoughts) to be clean. Pure. Do you not see that every time the word pure is used in the building of the Tabernacle it refers to YOU? Count the instances “pure” is used in the entirety of The Word…it’s serious business. This means it’s (past) time to clean off your tongue, empty the darkness from your soul, and get your entire being in alignment with El Shaddai; it is time to stop distracting yourself from repentance and the inner work of healing and sanctification, and relent to His voice! And, since it’s Passover (Peasah) season, I’ll put it in those terms: clean the leaven (sin) out of your lives!

“Your boasting is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven works through the whole batch of dough? Get rid of the old leaven, that you may be a new unleavened batch, as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. Therefore let us keep the feast, not with the old bread, leavened with malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and of truth.” (1 Cor 5:6-8 BSB)

And now, Part 3
