God’s Perspective: The Ensuing War in Israel

Daniel ch 8…
Have a read if you’ve not been there in a while, or ever:

I have been quiet about what is happening in Israel and Gaza because I haven’t had time to actually get online and say everything at once.
And, what I have to share is not from me, rather THE ONE who is in control. What I’m about to share is God’s perspective of the ensuing war in Israel (as told to me).
I was in tears all weekend. When I pray, still, for the innocent and the IDF soldiers, I cannot contain the Holy Spirit within me, and the tears and emotions of Yahweh, boil up and come out in prayer. If you know Biblical prophecy, you (should) understand what I am about to share. If you do not, then you may not. If you do, and are embroiled in emotion because you cannot fathom what is happening, I want this to help you find solace, not to make you angry (or make you believe I’m heartless because if you actually know me, you know better):
I usually check the news in Israel a few days a week. Last week, I had not, because I had not been paying attention to any news during Sukkot. On Thursday around 12:45 PM I felt the urge to check the news in Israel; I immediately saw nothing but chaos happening there. That is when I heard in my spirit the LORD saying: “This chaos happening during Sukkot, will lead to war.”
I didn’t know what to do with it but I did pray for the people there who were being afflicted.
Saturday morning after getting up to tend to my pets, I was trying to go back to sleep and could not. I was being infiltrated with vision after vision of violent scenes from my family/past. I was so exhausted that I wasn’t “receiving” that Yahweh was trying to show me something. Then, I received a text from a sister telling me ‘Israel is at war, pray!’ This literally jolted me awake because I realized what was going on – the last time I had similar visions of something relating to death from my own life, the Taliban attacked Fazul and the tragedy in Afghanistan happened.
I quickly went to my news source and I saw the Israeli PM’s declaration of war.
I again heard Yahweh. He said, “Do not pray against things that I have prophecied, but do pray for the innocent and the IDF soldiers, that they would receive Truth and salvation.”
Why? Because of course, HE KNEW the outcome.
I recalled seeing something that Thursday prior about Hamas being provoked to anger over the number of people who had managed to get to the top of the Temple Mount during the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) to pray (which is not allowed). I believe this is what finally pushed them to attack. I shared with a friend, a quote I found on Saturday morning from the leader of the Hamas organization:
“The shadowy leader of Hamas’ military wing, Mohammed Deif, announced the start of what he called “Operation Al-Aqsa Storm.” The Al-Aqsa mosque compound in Jerusalem is the third holiest site in Islam, and is located on the holiest site for Jews, who refer to it as the Temple Mount.” (From an article in ZeroHedge.com)
There was another very disturbing quote from Deif that followed – I won’t share it here.
Friends…brethren…there are no coincidences. There is a reason, as to all things there is a reason under heaven, that GOD IS provoking Israel to war: To defend herself, finally!! They try to be so good when it comes to how they approach retaliation. Truly.
But why would Yahweh/God provoke them to war? Because they need to be better prepared for the bigger, more terrifying battles ahead. They needed to turn from the lamb into THE LION OF JUDAH!! Amen. They MUST be able to run with the horses and not grow weary! In Jeremiah 12 the LORD tells Jeremiah:

“If you have raced with men on foot, and they have wearied you,
how will you compete with horses?
And if in a safe land you are so trusting,
what will you do in the thicket of the Jordan?
6 For even your brothers and the house of your father,
even they have dealt treacherously with you;
they are in full cry after you;
do not believe them,
though they speak friendly words to you.”
Why are we told to pray for the peace of JERUSALEM (shalom, not our man-made version of peace)? Because it is where the Temple Mount is located. It is where Yeshuah is going to come down to upon His return. That is the significance of praying for this place and Yahweh’s people there…to prepare a place for Him.
The prophetic part of this all is multifaceted. It will come in waves.
I will not speculate on whether this occurrence is the beginning of Daniel 8, but I will say as many also believe: This is darn near close to seeming like it!
Oh, and what He said to me on Saturday morning, how He led me to pray…later in the day and on Sunday, after listening to a few podcasts from inside of Israel as things ensued, I discovered I was not alone. Others IN Israel, in the brunt of things, were saying to pray for the exact same thing, to the word.
May the hearts of those who are mourning losses quickly find peace and understanding in the midst of this horrible tragic event. May this help those left in the wake of this horrible event find and turn to the Savior they look for, in droves!
Selah and Maranatha (Ready or not)!
