The Father’s Crazy Love Is Worth Celebrating

“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.” (John 16:13 KJV)

The week now behind me had been very hectic and exhausting between work, caring for my pets, and tending to my home; it wasn’t until I finally stood beneath the hot streaming water (shower) on Friday night that I realized the date and its significance: October 27th – my re-birthaversary! This date, in 2009, was the first day of true life as an adult. Why make such a big deal about it? I am alive and here to tell you that The Father’s crazy love is worth celebrating!

I don’t recall if Adonai has, in the past, given me any sort of “gift” outside of joy in celebration (He probably has…) but this year He showed up – in the form of an answered prayer!

The Prayer:
Several years ago I was moved to begin praying for a well-known Christian pastor/evangelist to be lifted from what I recognized as confusion, and put on a path where he could see through where he was, spiritually (seeking the “truth” about communion ceremonies in the church). I prayed he would come to the truth regarding The Way. At one point, probably about 1 1/2 years ago, after listening to a video he put out on the Communion topic, my heart was pained and I was moved to find a way to communicate a message to him in regard to what The Word says in black/white/red. (Communion stems from “the last supper” which in fact is a Jewish seder dinner.) Getting a message through to this person was no easy task as he is very private and doesn’t like a lot of publicity. I think I ended up going through DM on Twitter.

While I never received any notification of a response – no matter – Francis Chan was seeking, and seeking hard, the Truth. So, I simply kept praying.

F.C., from what I could tell, grew very quiet across his public channels over the past year; then, suddenly, a few months ago a video appeared on YouTube of him at the Tikkun Global Conference 2023.

Wait…What?!?!

Please Adonai, let it be so!

In his Tikkun message (which I also just watched), F.C. said, ‘…after being a guest at a Bible study in Israel, experiencing how those around me read the Word, it was like finally connecting the dots…I am Jewish, I am grafted into this…’

Earlier this week, I saw a video pop up in Chan’s “Crazy Love” YouTube channel titled, “The Israel Project.” I saved it to ‘watch-later’, figuring it pertained to the ensuing war.
I’ve never been so glad to be wrong!

Watch for yourself – till the video’s end. If Chan hasn’t had a total breakthrough to understanding the Truth, he is teetering on the cusp.
Brothers & sisters, I was literally crying as I listened to this video; literally praising and thanking Adonai for giving me this beautiful, exciting gift of a prayer which was prayed for another, on my re-birthaversary! Amein and amein!
